05 — INSTALL
Complete the approved roofing system with disciplined workmanship and attention to critical details, including flashing, ventilation, transitions and exterior metal.

Perform a final quality review of the completed roofing system and address project closeout before considering the work complete.

A successful roofing project is determined by more than what happens on installation day. Before work begins, Sentinel develops a clear project plan so the homeowner, materials and installation team are aligned before the first piece of roofing is removed.

Review the approved roofing system, project requirements, areas of concern and the work that will be performed.
02 — PLAN THE MATERIALS
Confirm roofing materials, components, flashing requirements, ventilation details and exterior metal needed for the project.
03 — PREPARE THE PROPERTY
Plan access, material placement, property protection and jobsite logistics with consideration for the home and surrounding property.
04 — COMMUNICATE THE PLAN
Make sure the homeowner understands the upcoming work, general project sequence and what to expect as installation approaches.

PROPERTY PROTECTION
Before tear-off and installation progress, consideration is given to landscaping, siding, windows, driveways and other areas surrounding the work zone.
CONTROLLED TEAR-OFF
Existing roofing materials are removed systematically so underlying conditions can be evaluated and the new roofing system can begin from a sound substrate.
SYSTEM INSTALLATION
The roof is installed as a complete system—with attention to underlayment, flashing, penetrations, ventilation, transitions, edge details and the finished roofing material.
JOBSITE MANAGEMENT
Materials, debris and active work areas are managed throughout the project with the goal of maintaining an organized and professional jobsite.

Review the completed roofing system with attention to critical details including flashing, penetrations, ventilation, transitions, edge conditions and finished roofing materials.
02 — PROPERTY & JOBSITE REVIEW
Review the work areas and surrounding property, remove project-related debris and complete the final jobsite cleanup.
03 — ADDRESS CLOSEOUT ITEMS
Identify and address remaining project-related items that require attention before the roofing work is considered complete.
04 — HOMEOWNER CLOSEOUT
Communicate the completed scope and relevant roofing information so the homeowner understands what was performed and what happens next.
